We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Museum Shop. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
